Drivers Licences can now include a card number that is different to the license number.

If your licence is reissued or replaced, your new card will display the same license number, but a different and unique card number.

Here are some illustrations on where to find your Drivers Licence card number for each state

NSW

Front

NSW licenses display the card number on the front of the card, in the top right corner

VIC

VIC licenses have the card number of the back, in one of two locations
